Q: Is there a hardopy version of this book?
A: While we do not have a hardcopy of the book available, there is a PDF version that you can download and print.
Q: How do I install the eBook I purchased on my Kindle?
A: To add our eBook (“.mobi” or “.prc”) to your Kindle:
Note: this requires that you have downloaded the .zip file containing the eBook and extracted or uncompressed that file. The easiest way to extract a file from the .zip you downloaded is to right click on the .zip and choose “Extract Here.” To add our eBook (“.mobi” or “.prc”) to your Kindle:
- Turn your Kindle on
- Connect the Kindle to your computer using the USB cable that came with your Kindle
- Drag and drop the “.mobi” or “.prc” eBook file into the documents folder on your Kindle
- When the USB activity indicator on your Kindle stops flashing, “Safely Remove Mass Storage Device” (Windows) or “Eject” (Mac) the Kindle from your computer
- When the USB activity indicator on your Kindle stops flashing, unplug the USB cable from your Kindle
- The eBook should now appear in your Kindle library

Q: How do I install the eBook I purchased on my KOBO?
A: To add our eBook (“.epub”) to your Kobo:
Note: this requires that you have downloaded the .zip file containing the eBook and extracted or uncompressed that file. The easiest way to extract a file from the .zip you downloaded is to right click on the .zip and choose “Extract Here.”To add our eBook (“.epub”) to your Kobo:
- Install Adobe Digital Editions, (ADE), from here: http://www.adobe.com/products/digitaleditions/#fp
- Create an account and ensure you register your computer with your Adobe ADE account.
- If you do not already have an Adobe ADE account, please create one.
- NOTE – you can only register 6 devices against your account. Your computer will be device number 1. Your Kobo will be device number 2.
- Connect your Kobo device to your computer. It will appear as an additional Bookshelf in the Left Hand Side of the application.
- Navigate to the Kobo device within the ADE application, down the LHS of the screen, (as per image below).

- Any books you have purchased from the Borders online store and downloaded in ePub format will appear in your ADE library.
- The book you have purchased from NoMoreParentsLeftBehind.com will need to be imported into ADE using the ADE menus.
- To copy books from the ADE library to your Kobo, simply drag and drop your ePub file from the RHS of the ADE application onto your Kobo Device in the LHS of the application.
Q: How do I install the eBook I purchased on my Nook?
A: This requires that you have downloaded the .zip file containing the eBook and extracted or uncompressed that file. The easiest way to extract a file from the .zip you downloaded is to right click on the .zip and choose “Extract Here.”
To add our eBook (“.epub”) to your Nook:
- plug in your USB cable to the nook and then into your USB input on your computer. Most computers have a USB input on the front these days and laptops on the side or back.
- You will see windows recognize the device.
- Right-click on Start and go to Explore.
- Locate your eBook folder
- Find the My Documents folder on your nook
- Grab, drag and drop the eBook into the My Documents folder.
- Repeat as necessary
- Unplug nook from computer
- On the nook do a Search For New Content
- You new files should show up in the My Documents folder.If this does not work, or your Nook will not open the file, you will have to download Adobe Digital EditionsDo you have Adobe Digital Edition loaded to your computer? If not download the software here: http://www.adobe.com/products/digitaleditions/#download and activate it. Re-download the book choosing to have it open in DE. Plug your Nook and it should show up in the software with a prompt to activate your Nook. Now you should be able to pull the book and drop it in the Nook.
Q: How do I install the eBook I purchased on my iPad / iPhone? A: You can easily install an eBook reader on your mobile device to read books and other literature on the go. There are many eBook readers available to the iPad / iPhone, including a few that connect directly with other eBook readers like the Amazon Kindle and Barnes & Noble Nook. Once you have set up your eBook app, adding eBooks to your iPad / iPhone is a simple matter of following the application instructions. In most cases, all you will need to do is connect your iPad / iPhone to your computer and drag and drop the eBook files.
Instructions Things You’ll Need: eBook Reader iPad / iPhone app 1. Browse to the app store on your iPad / iPhone.
2. Search the iPad / iPhone eBook reader of your choice.
3. Install the iPad / iPhone eBook reader.
4. Browse the online repositories for eBooks if your eBook reader supports this function. Some eBook readers also allow you to purchase eBooks from online retailers like Amazon or Barnes & Noble.
5. Connect the iPad / iPhone to your computer.
6. Drag and drop eBooks located on your local computer into your iPad / iPhone if this function is supported.
Q: My instant download was not emailed to me instantly.
A: We understand your frustration, this occasionally happens to us too. While this issue is rare, unfortunately, though every order we receive is processed almost instantaneously we have no control of the internet once your Purchase Receipt email leaves our server. There are a myriad number of factors that can impact email delivery and delay emails in transit. If you have not receive your Purchase Receipt within 24 hours please contact us.
- Be sure to add support@nomoreparentsleftbehind.com to your accepted emails list. The majority of non-received emails from us end up in junk, spam, and block boxes.
- If you use a verification service that requires the email sender to enter a CAPTCHA phase or in some other way prove the sender is human your Purchase Receipt email will be blocked. Our billing system is automated and will be unable to reach you by email until you add our address to your accepted senders list.
Q: I am unable to find an FAQ item related to my concern.
A: Please contact us and tell us in detail what is occurring. We add items to this FAQ when the occur to multiple users or user groups. If you do not see your concern here it may the the first time we’ve heard of that issue, or it may be some thing rare enough that it only effects a few people.
